This is a conversation I have with clients and potential clients ALL THE TIME! I hope you can relate. Do you ever set a goal and then when you accomplish it, you don't feel as awesome as you thought you were going to? Yep, me too. Here's the question to ask when setting goals: "What do I think I'm gonna get when I hit the goal that I say you want?"
 
Most of us, without asking this question, lack clarity. We end up hitting a goal that is only 10% of what we actually wanted (but never said). Listen and hear how this coaching question unfolds clarity on why clients actuallywant that goal in the first place. Acknowleging what they really do want (but aren’t saying!) and build systems to track all of it.💪🏾

Yay Summer! Children are home from school (or college!). Your out-of-town family is visiting. You’re in a hotel room with your spouse for two weeks. What you might not realize, amidst all the preparations for fun times, is the cost of all that togetherness: solitude. And without this simple (sounding) part of self-care, you could completely miss out on the whole reason you gather everyone together in the first place.
 
Don't worry!! Right in time, just for you, here are 4 tips to ensure that your time with yourself is protected so your time with loved ones is present and joyful, not stressful and irritating. Happy summer!
